    是说天河里用的xeon phi的早期型号。当时的产能/工艺还不成熟？塞不进61个core进去？

    据我了解在xeon phi release to market一年多前已经有厂家拿到工程片了。

    这样看国防科大跟intel接触的也很早了。

    初期的产品, 晶圆良品率不高.

    这个FrontEnd CPU 是一个鸡肋，基本上用不到，只能做摆设，最后的性能计算也没有吧FT-1500CPU计算在内，深圳超算的龙芯也有一排柜，但是基本上没有人用。

    恩，是的，说白了就是流片的问题，导致有的core是坏的，然后intel直接就给disable掉了
