秦伟（Wei Qin)，现为美国波士顿大学电子与计算机工程系的助理教授。秦伟，毕业于中国复旦大学电子系，并于1996年和1999年获得其学士和硕士学位。2004年，秦伟从美国普林斯顿大学获得其博士学位。其博士论文为Modeling and Description of Embedded Processors for the Development of Software Tools。博士导师为Sharad Malik教授。

秦伟教授目前的研究方向为嵌入式系统和处理器设计工具与方法和模拟， 描述语言等
