唐建新（Jianxin Tang），现为美国纽约阿尔弗雷德大学（Alfred University）电子工程系的教授。唐建新，1976年毕业于中国广西大学。1984年毕业于美国桥港大学（The University of Bridgeport)。1989年毕业于美国康涅狄格大学大学（The University of Connecticut）。

唐教授目前的研究方向为数字信号处理，网络安全，大型系统优化控制等。
